Can I bring my own containers?
YES! In fact we encourage it! We just ask that the container is cleaned from any other products first. When you bring your own container you will begin collecting points right away, as well as save money! (as you get the bulk price) Not to mention one less plastic bottle entering our landfills and environment..

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver every Tuesday and Thursday evenings. It is a $5 flat rate in all of Guelph or free shipping on all orders over $30.

Some of the products contain SLS, I read this ingredient dangerous?
There is some information that SLS is carcinogenic or irritating, our supplier (Pure) has done extensive research and concluded it was a good fit because it is plant based and comes from coconuts. The SLS they use is free of formaldehyde and contains no carcinogens, ie no 1,4 dioxane or no ethylene oxide. There is a compliance certificate from the supplier proving it to every batch entering the factory. The SLS supplier uses the most advanced method of vacuum stripping in the manufacturing process, eliminating all traces of carcinogen

How do I Upgrade to Big Bulk Buy and Save?

Decide how much product you would like to purchase.

Choose which scent you would like.

Choose the "I do not have a jar" option if you are not yet in the jar swap program, to pay the deposit for the jar.

If you already have a jar to swap, choose the "I have a jar" option, to avoid paying for the deposit again.

If you have a 125ml, 500ml, or 1L jar and would like to upgrade to a bulk buy, please choose the "Upgrade to 1.9L Bulk Buy" option to pay the proper jar deposit.

If you have one 1.9L jar but would like to upgrade to the 3.98L choose the "Upgrade to 3.78L" to pay the proper jar deposit amount.

If you have a jar to return, please ensure it is clean on the day of delivery.

You will never need to deal with the deposit again, until you wish to be out of the program. You will then be refunded the deposit. Please not jars need to be returned to the store for a refund.

Where do your products come from ?
Everything on our Bar Menu is made right here in Canada, with only safe ingredients, by some of the leading brands in the industry. As we try to source all of our retail products from Canada, there may be times it is designed by a Canadian Brand but made....you know where... Bamboo is not grown here and this is the reason why. All the brands we work with have high ethical and fair trade standards.

There are fragrance oils in some of your products, is this safe?
Our supplier guarantees the fragrance oil to be Free of Harmful Chemicals, and contains a 50% mixture with essential oils : No phthalates, formaldehyde, toluene, benzene or methylene chloride.

How do I get my Refill ON-Line?
